Great app and exceptional support! Contacted the team about a specific use case to improve useability and Steve was able to complete a custom integration in a matter of days. Great experience working with a nimble team who cares about their customers.
We are using Orderify across 10 of our websites and it has saved our customer service team a lot of time and effort dealing with requests to cancel orders. Having customers being able to cancel orders on their own with the click of the button is super convenient for both us and them. During the initial set up, we had a few stylistic changes we wanted to make and Dave was able to take care of it quickly for us. From then on, it has been smooth sailing. We are very happy with this app and it’s support team.

This app has been an easy and affordable way to offload a lot of customer support related to order cancellations and edits. Dave and team are very responsive to emails and recently rolled out updates for the new Shopify Thank You and Order Status pages. Dave was also very responsive to an issue I discovered regarding the refunding of duties related to Markets Pro orders. One tip to share with my fellow merchants: implement a Flow automation to delay payment capture on new orders so that when customers cancel and create new orders (for edits) you don't lose the Shopify payments fees.
We've been using "Orderify" to help streamline post-purchase changes at stamplab.com.au. It's reduced those 'can I make a change?' emails, which has been a relief. One suggestion would be to update the pop-up designs (early 2000's vibes), but overall, it's been a useful addition to our process and cheap as a coffee.
This app is essential. It saves so much time in handling customer order change and cancellation requests. Well worth the money and customers love it.
The app Shopify should've implamented with its package! Excellent app!
Fabulous order management app. I'm disappointed that this sort of functionality isn't built-in to shopify to begin with!
