I used this app for my grocery store and it helped a lot to my customer support team and also to my customers.

I'm giving an early review because of the SEO boost promised at set-up. SO FAR, this app is VERY clear with regard to how it is to be properly installed. I'm about 1/2 done with the install and it's only been a few minutes and I haven't been confused at all. Really hoping this app continues to work with no issues; if not, I will be back to update this review.

Great app, easy to install, and very useful features. Sometimes I get messages from customers at 3 am about canceling an order. So glad I found out about this app!

Exactly what I needed. Shopify doesnt give you the option to allow customers to edit or cancel their orders. This solved the problem.

Just downloaded...so far so good! I'm excited to seeing it in action. Love the value it provides to the end consumer.
