These guys had a problem for the last few weeks but have come back to me, fixed it and provided a great service. App back up and running perfectly which is great, as we love this app and there are no other good alternatives out there. Thanks Team!

We often have customers that want to modify their order or ordered the wrong item, so far this has worked great for us to allow them the flexibility to change or cancel their order. :)

Another most have app. Dave and his team have done an amazing job at allowing Shopify customers to edit their orders ina very simple and efficient way. This will save use a valuable amount of time with our fulfillment team maximizing customer service.

Works great and the support team is very responsive.

I think it's important to make the check out process as smooth as possible for customers, to head off any abandoned carts. The customer will appreciate the extra consideration given to them and the ease to check out with this app, possibly winning them over for future return business.

Works wonderfully and is customizable. I liked the setup instructions as they were very helpful.

I installed this app 3 months ago without realising it is best suited to high-volume merchants whose customer service assistants spend a lot of time editing and cancelling orders. I discovered it was not really applicable to my business (at least at the moment) so I uninstalled it, and Dave was kind enough to refund my app fees.

Setup instructions are clear and the app is very cheap. Works well, looks simple and doesn't seem off. Would recommend!
