PactCanvas Sign & Proof helps merchants collect customer acceptance for custom orders and B2B terms before an order is placed. Assign agreements to products, eligible customers, or the full checkout. Customers review the current terms, complete required acknowledgements, and sign. The app then links signed agreement records and PDF evidence to the order for later review. Merchants control templates, publishing, assignments, and retention from the Shopify admin.
