Support is fast and helpful. I had problem with setup but they fixed it quickly. We will see how app works but looks good.

Simple, nice UI design and great customer support. Andy was very patient with my questions and kind enough to edit some code for me to make the notify button displayed in a way that match my store design. Very happy with this app.

The app failed to work for me initially, and I couldn't reach customer service despite couple of attempts in the first few weeks. However once I managed to contact Andy, he did swift work and now its working well. Hopefully the service will stay consistent in time to come.
The team has been very responsive and overall a great app! The customization part needs a little bug fixing but the prompt reaction by the support team made up for it.

Edited Review- I was having issue with the "Notify Me" button coming up on products where inventory wasn't tracked. And I was also having issues with the Coming Soon and Pre-Order features. I emailed multiple times and was pretty frustrated after 2 weeks of no one answering but finally today Andy came on and we went back and forth through emails a few times until all my issues were fixes.
The app is really great and was exactly what I was looking for, the lack of the 1 star is just for the initial slow response from customer support.
If you're having issues keep messaging and someone will eventually get back to you!
