Super fast customer support! So awesome this app is free. With a little tweaking it did everything I needed.

Super fast customer service. I had an issue with the notification, but the issue was fixed in just couple of emails, very happy with the app and the service

I got great support. The app wasn't visible straight away in my theme, they were able to fix it very quickly.

Slow service and app is not working. Been trying to get a hold of them for the past 24 hours, but no one is replying back to me. My own developer integrated the app for me, but when testing the app with multiple languages (templates inside app) then it doesnt work. The app only sends the default alert notification template, even though you have made your own language templates in their app. I need this fixed!
Great app. Does what I needed it to do. Was quick to install and to configure and is already up and running with customers starting to submit requests.
J'ai eu un soucis d'affichage, j'ai contacté le support, et dans l'heure ils m'avaient tout paramétré, du jamais vu niveau rapidité. C'est simple, efficace, pas cher, je recommande fortement!
