The support used to be good, but I'm not getting an answer to my question for almost a month. Nobody responds.
And the feature set, UI & UX haven't changed in over a year.
Confusing to use, honestly.

The app is easy to set up and use. When I ran into a problem (the "notify when available" button was showing on in-stock variants instead of just out-of-stock variants) the Ordersify team was quick to fix it, and they also helped customize the size of the button.

The app is working like clockword, easy to set up and provides great value for our customers! We have been great fans so far.

The app allows 4 things which help us run really smoothly.: 1. Customers can ask for a back in stock email reminder. 2. We can offer certain items on pre -sale.3. We get email reports regarding low stock items and 4 . We have a lovely tool bar highlighting when a particular item is low on stock. With the added fantastic responsive help from Andy, this app is a must add!

Very good app and seems to be working so far on the testing I have completed. The application didn't show up on my website when following the set up which meant I needed to contact support. Andy sorted the issue and connected the app for me really quickly.

I gave 5 stars because I cannot give more!
I was looking for a good app with a great support it took me so long , then I found this app it is one the best than I tried so far ,.. great support , I am not going to try anything else anymore, because it has all what I need.
Also the plans are great didn't find a free plan with 100 notification anywhere else , if you are just starting , this is the one I recommend for you!

Amazing! I was struggling trying to get things up on my own in the middle of the night so I contacted support. I thought it would have been hours before a response but it was almost immediate. The service was informative and quick with step by step details of what they did, and videos with instructions on what they needed me to do. Overall one of the best experiences I've had with a company/team ever.

I'd been looking for an app for back-in-stock emails and I must say that this app is by far the best one. The button and popup are highly customizable, email template is completely customizable, SMTP server is configurable, pricing is fair, and most importantly the devs are extremely helpful, patient, and efficient. I ran into some issues while integrating the app into my theme and the devs have been tirelessly helping me sort things out, even for now. Tested many of the functions of the app and they are working well. Highly recommended.

The install for the out of stock part of this app went well. They were responsive and helped me get set up quickly. It is working very well. I had some initial trouble getting the coming soon to work but they resolved that issue as well and helped to hide the countdown timer for me since we did not wish to use that.
Overall I feel this is the best app for back-in-stock notifications and coming soon. I looked at several and this app seems to do everything we need for a very affordable price. I wish the coming soon allowed you to subscribe people like you can do for out-of-stock/back-in-stock but it at least disables the button and I have embedded a form to capture a waiting list.
I am looking forward to seeing if this helps us build our waiting list for our new products prior to launch.

The app is very good for OOS notifications. The UI is quick to use for the customer, which creates a positive customer experience. The app allows extensive customization of the customer notifications, which we value. One of the best things about the app is that it allows you to authenticate your email domain. This removes "sent via" on the "from:" line of customer notifications. This is important because some email services will move messages where the sender email address doesn't match the sender domain to spam. I would recommend this app.
