Had some issues with this app when i updated my website. Guy called Andy came to the rescue. He listened and sorted the problem very quickly. The app is great as it allows my customers to leave their details on a database if i am out of stock of an item. As soon as it comes back in stock the app automatically sends them an email to inform them. It has lots of other useful functions too. I wouldn't be without it now.

App works as described. I had 3 little question about using and modify some function. Their support team respond very very quick. A team member named Chris is fantastic. After communicated by 2 emails, all my issues are fixed. They can even customised inline layout. Ask them if you need to.

The install for the out of stock part of this app went well. They were responsive and helped me get set up quickly. It is working very well. I had some initial trouble getting the coming soon to work but they resolved that issue as well and helped to hide the countdown timer for me since we did not wish to use that.

Overall I feel this is the best app for back-in-stock notifications and coming soon. I looked at several and this app seems to do everything we need for a very affordable price. I wish the coming soon allowed you to subscribe people like you can do for out-of-stock/back-in-stock but it at least disables the button and I have embedded a form to capture a waiting list.

I am looking forward to seeing if this helps us build our waiting list for our new products prior to launch.

Great & fast costumer service! I´m very pleased with the application and works well for our costumers to sign up and get notified when back in stock.

Great lil app that checks off all the boxes for me (low stock bar, back in stock notifications). I reached out to the CS team to help integrate some of their features and Andy responded promptly. Everything was done the same day! Definitely recommend giving this app a try.

App does exactly what it says! I've been using it for a few months now with no issues. I had to contact support once, and they responded within an hour and solved my problem! Definitely recommend this awesome app
