SC Order Tags & Flows

I used this app to tag orders so I can sort them by criteras that were not included in the shopify regular sorting. Works great! Really good support, I suggested a change in the program and they did it for me! Really big help!

This solves a major headache for us. Shopify doesn't have a great system for custom workflows. What we wanted to do is set it up so all new orders get tagged "Print" so the shipper knows to print them. Once tagged, we can save a custom search so the shipper just goes into Shopify and looks at the Print tab on the orders page and boom! He knows which orders came in since last he printed. Then he bulk prints and clears the tag and the order goes to the In Process tab (same search, but without the Print tag).

But how to tag orders automatically was the stumbling block and Order Tagger solves this.

When we first discovered it, Order Tagger would only tag by product, so we went through and set up all products to trigger the tag. But Sam told me they hoped to add other criteria that would save us this work (it's not much work, but I was afraid of someone forgetting to do it when adding a new product and the process would break).

With the latest release of Order Tagger, you can now choose a lot of different criteria, such as order value. I can just set an order value of $0.01 or a weight of 1gm to make sure every order is tagged.

Sam is super friendly and responsive. The app works very well and is very straightforward. This solves one of our last two stumbling blocks to make the store go live. Thanks Sam!

This is the best automated order tagging app on the App Market out of all of the apps I've tried. I have subscribed to this app on 3 of our stores. Their Shopify Flow connector is also very useful. Their support has a very quick turn around and are more than helpful in solving your issues. Much appreciated!

App works very well. We used to tag manually and spend an hour a day tagging. setting 'Order Tagger' meant we save this time and eliminate mistake.
'Order Tagger' support is excellent: first, I receive a reply within an hour or two. Secondly, 'Order Tagger' implemented changes to accommodate our needs. for example, there wasn't an option to copy an existing rules. i asked about it and they have just added it.
I tried 4 other tagging apps, I found this one the best.

Extremely useful app that allows us to tag based on the order location. Reliable & knowledgable support assisted us when tags weren't getting added due to another apps interference. Would recommend highly for automating tagging on orders/etc.

A true life-saver app. Flexible and easy to set up. Enables me to keep on top of my orders. Tagging the orders allows me to create pre-defined order selections from various criteria (shipping-methods, pick list needs printing, printed patterns to be included etc. etc.). And support is friendly and resolves issues quickly. Highly recommended.

It works well but the value you get for your money is pretty meh. The free version is essentially useless. Once the same tag has been automatically added to 10 orders it stops working which happened after two days in my case. In the description they say 10 free "workflows" per months to make it sound like it's different automations but it's literally just 10 added order tags. Found this very misleading. The paid version is expensive. 200 bucks a year just to add a custom tag to your orders is too much. If that's all you want to do I suggest looking for cheaper alternatives.

Excellent product- works exactly how it should. Assistance to install and use was speedy and accurate Would highly recommend.

The SC Order Tag & Flows worked very well for backdating tags based off a specific criteria. However, when we scaled up the amount of orders we were tagging through the app, we experienced a disruption with Shipstation. We ultimately ended up using Shopify Flows to resolve the issue.
