The app does exactly what we needed. When the app briefly stopped running the way we wanted it to and I contacted support, they immediately provided an explanation and the solution for it, so it's now running fine again. I can only recommend the app.

I would guess that anyone reading this review is looking for an automated way to tag orders to streamline some type of back-end logistics. This app is amazing - it does everything it says it will and the support team has been fantastic. The whole interface, ui & process is extremely easy and intuitive to work with. 5-stars no question. I use this app to help tag first-time orders. It's super helpful and exactly what I needed. The team is also very helpful if I ever have questions.

This app is a total life saver! It allowse to tag my orders that contain preorder items, international addresses and so much more! Now my shipping process is certainly faster and easier!

This app is a must have for us with a nuanced first order value bundle. Stuart was very helpful in identifying a webhook issue that was resolved straight away. I also use this app on a second e-com shopify store which aids distribution to identify between first and returning orders. 10/10

It helps organize orders and create rules that normal tagging in shopify can't do. For example, I created a rule to add x tag for specific countries for x dates. It can back track old orders. I also love their customer support! They are very nice and fast in replying :)
