Great service and easily integrated, support is quick to respond to queries. We use it mainly to tag delivery dates from our picker and it's made life a lot easier.
I used this app to tag the product title in the notes, allowing the product to display on labels. I also have it set up to separate between different couriers depending on postcode. It looks like we can use the tags and workflows for all sorts of direct marketing and ecommerce solutions I never even knew we needed or could get from this app! We've been looking for something to solve these issues for some time now, and this app goes above and beyond what we needed. The support is excellent too.

I have been looking for an app that can tag orders in multiple ways and this app works perfectly. As a newbie in building websites and did not know fully how to install it, the customer support Stu was amazing. He helped through the whole process . Simply awesome! 10/10

We're delighted to announce we have taken your feedback on board and re-launched Order Tagger with multi-variable rules! It also includes many more conditions and options for more sophisticated rules and order filtering :)
We were able to tag incoming orders based on existing product tags, as well as filtered Sales Channels, including orders created by 3rd party apps that did not fall into the normal Sales Channel structure. Excellent customer service and response!

The app is great and the customer support is awesome. They helped us fix a problem that has been troubling us for almost a year. Now... with Order Tagger our exports have exactly what we need.

While I was paying for this app, they shut off access to the dashboard for an upgrade. My business relies on this app and I wasn't able to manage orders because of their actions.

As you mention, we are in the process of switching over to a brand new version of our app, however, your existing orders were still being tagged as per the rules that you had set-up.
We emailed all Merchants about a week ago regarding the change. We also emailed again yesterday highlighting that the upgrade was about to begin.
We also placed a very visible notice on the app which you will have seen when you tried to login to the app. It would have informed you that your app was running normally, but to get in touch with us if you needed any new rules to be created or existing rules edited during the migration process.
We responded 3 times to your emails and also prioritised your migration, which we completed about an hour ago.
We’re sorry that you are unhappy, but I’m really not sure how much more we could have done to inform you that everything was ok and that we were here and available to help. We are still here and available to help.
