Application très pratique et qui fait économiser un temps précieux sur sa boutique. J'étais sur Aftership avant mais OrderTracker me convient beaucoup plus.

The initial support provided was excellent. However, there was a delay of 4 days in receiving the tracking information for a specific order. I reached out to the support agent and requested a manual refresh of the information, which successfully resolved the issue. I hope that the tracking information update problem will be resolved permanently in the near future.

great tracking app, the system provides to customer the estimated delivery date based on similar deliveries to the same region. In most packages, the delivery date provided is accurate. Customer service is good and fast, they are very helpful if you need help.

Une très belle application de Tracking avec de la data exploitable et très pertinente.
La prise en main et l'integration sont tres simplifié avec une page de tracking visible pour le client avec une vue admin et une vue client.

Vous pouvez checker les nombres de jours en transit, voir rapidement ce qui ne va pas pour que le SAV soit proactif, checker le nombre de jour moyen pour une livraison, le type de transporteur etc.

Une equipe à l'ecoute, tout ce qu'il faut pour ne plus se prendre la tete et optimiser son service !
