Osco: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok

It was scary at first to add this app because it handles such important information (inventory feed, product data, orders importation).. and the app did not have any review.
I contacted their WA number to get some information before setting up the app and giving all access, and I was happy to see that the customer service was very reactive: I got an answer within 5 minutes. They very helpful, and knowledgeable about the app.. which is not always the case with other apps!
It was very (very) easy for us to setup Shopee & Tokopedia. We were up and running, inventory synchronized and receiving orders within 2-3 hours.
The app is running without issue, and the customer service is top-notch! I will definitely recommend it to my friends selling on Shopee / Lazada / Tokopedia.
