I have had the SC Back in Stock app for years now. I've only recently had an issue and I don't believe that is the app itself but my theme which is from 2018. I've always had the $5 plan. Other than not being able to really brand the emails (which I understand based on only paying $5 a month) I've never had an issue. I just reached out to the developer on the chat within the app and it is 8:30am EST on a Sunday, of a holiday weekend and I got a reply in the chat immediately! Again, this issue is not their fault but they immediately got into action and I'm just waiting on their final reply. This app has probably been one of the most reliable apps I've had, especially based on that low price point.

So far the app is exactly what we need. Very simple and easy to use. Right now we are on the Free plan just to see how it works, however when we get our next big shipment in we are thinking up moving up to a higher plan. Thanks!

Switched to SC Back In Stock Restock Alert after our previous app's pricing was way too high for our notification request needs. I needed some custom design help, and the customer service is 5/5. Amina and Nejra helped me with all my questions and specific needs, and everything was done within one working day.
Easy to set up and translations available for the widget is a plus, [edited] and they even added a translation option for emails per my request. I previously gave 4 starts, but was now able to change it to 5, since the customer support is beyond great and they even added the missing features I was hoping to have.

The importance of back in stock notifications is VERY important to me as we sell-out and continually have new items arriving monthly. The app is important and fortunately the team has been helpful as well the few times I've needed assistance they are quick to reply and resolve.

Tarik Kadric was wonderful in resolving my urgent matter. Had mistakenly sent out notifications to over 1000 people, and he resolved the issue with great speed and attention to detail. not only that, but as we were a valued customer they removed the extra expense in uploading the lost notifications as a way of appreciation of our long standing relationship.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tarik AGAIN! Was incredibly helpful in guiding us through possible changes to emails. Also extremely knowledgeable and is in the process of helping us correct what subdomain the emails are sent from. Truly the most helpful person i have come across in the company.
He is an asset to the company.
Been paying $5 a month for years only to figure out that they have sent 0, yes ZERO, messages all of these years. 6,000+ messages have been pending. I expect them to reach out to me in this case and explain there is an issue instead of me having to figure out that thier app is not working. I am sure they will claim that I didn't do setup correctly or didn't do some action but why take my money all of these years and do nothing to help me?
