Great customer support! Khushbu from the chat help really helped with a set up issue and find ways to help me despite a little difficulty.
This has to be the best app for restocking alerts and many other useful features as well. Simple, easy to use, and most of all straightforward.
I just had a call with the Product Manager Tarik Selimovic and he has helped me solve a small issue on the app. I have been using the app for years and having direct contact to the Manager is amazing. Because of this, I will definitely check out more applications from Shop Circle.

The Back In Stock app is fantastic! It has become an essential component of our business operations. Its simplicity and user-friendly interface make it a breeze to use. We've relied on it for the past three years without a hitch.
Recently, when we updated our shop theme, we encountered a minor issue and had to reach out to the tech team for assistance. I must say, their support was exceptional! They were incredibly helpful and swiftly resolved our issue, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations. Kudos to the team!
We had a js issue on installing the app, which includes a bit of debugging and customization. Amrinder was very responsive and fixed the issue in one day! We really enjoy communicating and the whole process. Best of the best! Really appreciate the help!

Very helpful app to drive sales by informing customers when an item they want is back in stock after being sold out. Tarik was very helpful and always available with prompt responses to any of my inquires.
This app generates sales, it is a must-have for us. I received fantastic customer support very quickly when I had questions about installing it in a new theme. They made the transition seamless.
I changed to other apps that are easier to use with faster customer service even on weekends. I have edited this review after got a reply from the developer of the app. Changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars.

We're sorry you found the app hard to use. Our support team work UK office hours Monday to Friday - after you contacted them on Saturday 6th Feb, they replied to you on Monday 8th Feb but had no response back from you. I can see you've tried another app in the meantime, but if you'd like any assistance with NBIS, just reply to their email.

Worked well for a while but then we started experiencing issues. Customers complained that they were receiving error messages when trying to register. The support team were not able to help with our issue so we uninstalled this app.

Thanks for taking the time to review the app and we're sorry you uninstalled it. The problem you describe was that the customer in question had unsubscribed previously. If this happens, they are unable to subscribe again - however our dev team can manually re-add the email address in this situation.
