I've been with Outfy for years and they are a great platform to automate our social media presence. They offer various options to create original looking posts. I'm looking forward to Outfy adding more channels.
Outfy enables me to select the pictures and arrange them well together as desired ready for posting on a schedule.
I've been using Outfy for my Shopify store, and it's been a game-changer in automating our social media presence. The app's ability to streamline our content is impressive, but I do have a couple of suggestions that could elevate it even further. Firstly, an option to switch from standard video formats to YouTube Shorts (9:16 aspect ratio) would be incredibly beneficial for content diversity. Additionally, incorporating AI-generated captions in the Pro Plan would be a fantastic upgrade, especially for businesses like ours that produce our own videos and don't need the full scope of the Ultimate Plan.
Despite these wishlist items, I absolutely love this app and hope to see these enhancements soon! Also, the templates could use a refresh—more modern, sleek designs tailored for luxury products like fine jewelry would greatly align with our brand aesthetic.
And if I could give a sixth star, it would go to the support team. Their genuine care for customers and prompt assistance makes a huge difference. Here's to hoping for these great updates, Outfy team!
been on free plan for years been great maybe will push me to subscribe someday but even free version is great for just posting an item a day to facebook from our shopify store.
This app works well and the support is good. There is some tweaking that has to be done at the beginning to get it to run how you want it to so you have to be patient and work with support, but they will help you figure it out. I'm looking forward to the automatic product tagging that is supposed to be added soon.

I had the $70 plan and I didn’t have any issues with the app. However I did find a company that does the same thing for half the price. So I canceled my plan before July 1st. I was still charged the $70. No problem I figured I should just be able to contact Outfy and get a refund. They acknowledged my email once and that was basically it. I have not used the service in July AT ALL. It seems that I will be losing out on $70, because I received an email that the ticket for my issue was closed. I just want to warn others. The app isn’t bad but like I said there are other companies that provide the same services for half the price. Do your research!

We are so happy using Outfy app. It make our day and save for us so much time for doing other things on our online store. Very helpful service and nice team. We recommend it very much.
The videos aren't great quality, and honestly the $70 dollars a month doesn't seem worth it.
