Escelente app para gestionar los envíos de Shopify. Intuitiva y práctica. Además la atención de incidencias es rápida y eficiente. Muy recomentable

Me pasé a Outvio tras probar varias aplicaciones de envíos y no he podido tomar mejor decisión. Outvio va muy por delante que cualquier otra app en cuanto a diseño, facilidad de uso, y asistencia. La recomiendo si buscas una app que te ayude a progresar. En especial mencionar a Jose que me ha ayudado en todo el proceso y resolviendo todas las dudas desde el minuto uno.

Herramienta 100% recomendable. Una vez te acostumbras es realmente fácil de utilizar. Increíble que una única herramienta pueda ofrecer tantas funcionalidades.

En 2019 incorporamos Outvio para poder escalar nuestras operaciones y fue un acierto. Ahora que hemos crecido sigue acompañándonos. Muy recomendable para automatizar acciones y centrarse en lo que aporta valor al negocio.

We have just started using Outvio and the beginning has been really smooth - starting from onboarding to the features they offer. We were mostly interested in providing easy tracking and returns process for our customers, however, we found out the amazing feature of SMS notifications, which serves our customers right. The branding part is superb, so we are excited to see how our business can improve even more!

Al principio teníamos nuestras dudas. Estuvimos valorando varias herramientas. Al final optamos por Outvio, y la verdad estamos más que satisfechos. El software ofrece muchísimo más de lo que aparenta. Os recomiendo a todos que echéis un ojo a sus funcionalidades. Tampoco tuvimos problemas con la integración. ¡Contentísimos!

Gracias a Outvio podemos gestionar los envíos diarios seleccionando las compañías de transporte que mejor se ajustan a cada envío. Una aplicación fácil de gestionar y con herramientas de gestión adecuadas.

We have long searched for fulfilment solution that would both automate our shipping and offer end-to-end branded tracking and customer communication. This app does all that and exactly as promised. Their team is super responsive and helpful, which helped us to get most out of the app from the get go. Highly recommended!

It is a complete disgrace to work with this company, they have been stalling us for 3 months and they do not keep their promises, they bought 400 €, although we have not used the application even once, there was a problem in the integration in the application, the problem belonged to their own software. They said we would use 1 month as a gift and they cut the money for it. Their managers also do not keep their promises. A complete disgrace. We have spent 3 months in vain and they are too lazy to respond even by mail.
