This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. They charge you for months after you cancel
It's unfortunate that you left a dishonest App review. You installed our App on 23 Sep, and uninstalled on 29 Oct which is after the 30-day free trial period has ended. We use Shopify Billing, so all the App charges are managed directly by Shopify. Since you have exceeded the free trial, Shopify automatically made the App charge for your shop for 1 month.
When you reached out to us to ask for refund, you were very disrespectful in your message. But despite that, we politely provided a full refund for you in a prompt manner, since you have only exceeded the free trial by a few days. I'm not sure how we could handle the situation better than what we have done. We just hope you could be more considerate in your action.
This App has given me so much time back and breathed new life into my business. We sell in a product category on TikTok that has many required fields and I was spending half my week just doing data entry to get our products up. With Ownbase I can cut out most of the busy work and actually focus on marketing my products. Support is great I have emailed several times now with questions and gotten very quick and professional replies. If you are selling on TikTok and need your products to upload faster or your orders/inventory to synch with Shopify stop wasting time with the native integration its horrendous. Do yourself a favor and get the free trial of this app and you'll immediately see how the subscription pays for itself 100 times over in time you will get back!

Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries.
We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those.
TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier.
Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.
SOOO easy to use in comparison to other integration/syncing apps! I tried 2 other before this one and was always experiencing syncing issues. Ever since getting Ownbase I haven't had any more problems! Thank you!

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. I wish I would have known about this app earlier. Highly recommend and will make letting other entrepreneurs know about this app. Also, they are extremely fast with response times and super helpful.
