fantastic, easy to install and works great. Just wish you were able to add a tick box for policies/agreements, etc.

Slows down the Website (check Google Speed Test) and messes with the Headings (it puts a lot of H1s in ALL your pages).

IMPORTANT EDIT: The developer was very supportive and dedicated much more attention than I would expect for the low price of this app. My issues were sorted very fast, so I updated my rating to 5 star.
