I am so happy that I found this app! It's built into your Shopify dashboard so it's super easy to use and works really well compared to some of the others we've tried. This is an internal tool instead of an insurance provider which is great because people reach out to our support channels directly anyways. It was a big pain to have to send them to another link to go through a lengthy claims ...
