TOP Service, gerne jederzeit wieder. Bin seit 5 Jahren Kunde bei Packlink und es funktioniert alles genau so, wie es sein sollte. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

I realised when you subscribed to PackLink, someone from their team will get in touch with you and ask you to leave to a review (which explains why they have lots of good reviews but look at their reviews on Trustpilot!).

However, after a year of using PackLink, I can say their customer service is crap. Their processes are poor and don't make sense. The staff on the chat is not knowledgable and always tell you someone will recontact you but no one ever does. I have written emails to them but never ever had a reply.

AVOID!

Il y a peu de temps j'ai crée mon site et donc utilisé cette application. L'application est vraiment facile d'utilisation ! De plus, il est très facile de les contacter et d'avoir des renseignements. Personne agréable et vraiment sympa. Je recommande !

He estado gestionando la aplicación junto a Penélope Almazán y la verdad es que un 10. Todo son ventajas, costes de envío reducidos, facilidad de gestión y una atención al cliente impecable. La recomiendo.

J'utilise Packlink sur ma boutique Shopify depuis plus d'un an.
Je suis globalement satisfait du service rendu. Cela facilite la gestion des livraisons et les prix sont intéressants. J'enlève une étoile, car, le service pourrait être encore amélioré un peu, sur la gestion des factures (à l'unité) et le suivi de certains problèmes.

Easy to install and integrate in my store. Great support from Mr. Antonio Funes. The managing of shipments is very intuitive. Thanks. Recommended.
