Bonne plateforme, prix attractifs, très peu de problèmes techniques. Quelques fonctions à ajouter comme inverser/échanger rapidement les adresses inscrites (pour un bon de retour par exemple).
I am not happy with service parcel did not arrive and was destroyed i did not recieve notification of this from packlink or ups. my company is now out of pocket as i have sent goods and had to resend parcel. wouldnt recommend.

Bonne application et service, cependant le SAV n'est pas très réactif.
Excelente aplicación. Agiliza mucho el proceso de envío y por ahora todos los envíos han ido muy bien.
A mí me ha atendido Antonio Funes, me ayudó a familiarizarme con la aplicación y resolvió cualquier duda que pudiese tener, además hicimos una prueba para ver todos los pasos a seguir.
First of all I got contacted by an Account Manager (Antoine) who helped me get started with the app. Really helpfull. Integration is smooth, rates are very interesting and everything is very easy to use. I would have loved a few more features (sorting/filter on the packlink order panel) or more depth on shipping rules, but overall this app is just a gem. Thumbs up to Antoine who helped me retrieve old orders a few months after setting up the app, great customer service. I Recommend.
Fantástica atención de Jaime Quintana desde la app de Packlink PRO España. Pocas veces encuentras a tan entregados y capacitados trabajadores. Ya tenemos la tienda lista!
Mi sto trovando molto bene a usare l' app e la mia key manager Brunella Esposito è sempre molto disponibile. Per un ecommerce è veramente un ottimo aiuto!
Horrible service by packlink
By being such a liar towards customers pretending that packages are going to be picked up and 12 days later nothing still and only reply I get is reschedule for next day this is the worse provider when it comes too be honest and finding solutions. Reply:
I was in contatc with packlink every day and nobody provided a solution or the decency to be honest regarding the carrier's issues and still till now is unknown to many customers. Please everyone go to trustpilot and see what is really happening.
