This app is perfect to generate automatic shipping processes from your Shopify store. It gives you different options/prices for your shipping, you have to try a few options before you find the best one for you - I will never use any service that involve the Correos España again, for example, they are so slow! The system works well, all is clear and nicely linked. The phone customer service is also great, they answer quickly and they are very helpful. A special thanks to a wonderful woman named Julia who help me out when I started!! Her professional and friendly attitude deserves recognition!

I found this makes internet selling so much easier. It's perfect when everything is delivered but challenging when you try to track a late delivery. I have found my contact Jaime very helpful to get me started.

App works well never experienced any problems while using it. Tried other apps and they all are similar in operation so it purely comes down to the cost of the labels and these were cheaper than the other providers that we tried

UPDATE:
I realised when you subscribed to PackLink, someone from their team will get in touch with you and ask you to leave to a review (which explains why they have lots of good reviews but look at their reviews on Trustpilot!).

However, after a year of using PackLink, I can say their customer service is crap. Their processes are poor and don't make sense. The staff on the chat is not knowledgable and always tell you someone will recontact you but no one ever does. I have written emails to them but never ever had a reply.

AVOID!

WRITTEN BEFORE REALISING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD:
Received excellent service from Alan who helped me set up PLP for my small business. He was here for me every time I had a question! Really good prices and everything is pretty easy to us so go for it!!

BE CAREFUL !!
Fulfilment are not synchronized, you will have to take care of it manually, which is very NOT convenient when you don't have much time.

They are definitelynot ready yet for shopify - They told me months ago that it should be ok - But Still not.
I m keeping it only because UPS freight cost is cheap.
If you don't need UPS, then I would recommend Sendcloud instead.

We're using the app in Spain. They're clearly working hard on improving the coverage in Spain and the functionality of the Packlink Pro service, but right now there are some pros and cons. Pros:
- Without paying a monthly fee and without having to negotiate with each shipping service you get access to lower shipping prices.
- Addresses are loaded automatically into the Pro platform and emails are sent automatically to customers. - Label printing is very easy. - Customer service is given by a dedicated person, and Renata is great. But the availability is only Monday through Friday during business hours, and e-commerce happens 24-7. Cons
- There are separate platforms for packlink.es, pro.packlink.es, and pro.packlink.com and information isn't shared across these platforms. It's confusing, but also for some services (like COD) you need to use the regular, non-pro version and this information isn't saved in Shopify, and you don't get better pricing.
- With the basic shopify plan, unless you sign up for a full year, the integration is only partial. You're unable to add services inside the app, and you're unable to give prices directly to customers via shopify. You basically export the order info to packlink pro platform to book shipping. - Once you book a service it can't be changed. If you make a mistake and you need to cancel it, the process is not immediate. Also, the customer was sent the original shipping information already. You need to inform them manually of changes.
- No support for C.O.D. currently in the Spanish platform (pago contrareembolso).
