Fulfilment are not synchronized, you will have to take care of it manually, which is very NOT convenient when you don't have much time.

They are definitelynot ready yet for shopify - They told me months ago that it should be ok - But Still not.
I m keeping it only because UPS freight cost is cheap.
If you don't need UPS, then I would recommend Sendcloud instead.

We're using the app in Spain. They're clearly working hard on improving the coverage in Spain and the functionality of the Packlink Pro service, but right now there are some pros and cons. Pros:
- Without paying a monthly fee and without having to negotiate with each shipping service you get access to lower shipping prices.
- Addresses are loaded automatically into the Pro platform and emails are sent automatically to customers. - Label printing is very easy. - Customer service is given by a dedicated person, and Renata is great. But the availability is only Monday through Friday during business hours, and e-commerce happens 24-7. Cons
- There are separate platforms for packlink.es, pro.packlink.es, and pro.packlink.com and information isn't shared across these platforms. It's confusing, but also for some services (like COD) you need to use the regular, non-pro version and this information isn't saved in Shopify, and you don't get better pricing.
- With the basic shopify plan, unless you sign up for a full year, the integration is only partial. You're unable to add services inside the app, and you're unable to give prices directly to customers via shopify. You basically export the order info to packlink pro platform to book shipping. - Once you book a service it can't be changed. If you make a mistake and you need to cancel it, the process is not immediate. Also, the customer was sent the original shipping information already. You need to inform them manually of changes.
- No support for C.O.D. currently in the Spanish platform (pago contrareembolso).

No la puedo calificar aun porque no empece todavía con ningún envio , pero Penelope la persona que me fue ayudando a configurar la plataforma fue muy profesional y me facilito el camino. creo que lo tengo todo listo para empezar a vender .

L'integrazione dell'app con Shopify risulta intuitiva e molto semplice da utilizzare. In caso di problemi o dubbi, l'assistenza è immediata e curata per ogni esigenza. Particolare menzione a Brunella Esposito, la mia responsabile account in Packlink Pro, sempre gentile e disponibile.

Mit Janin im Kontakt und großartiger Kundenservice. Die Connection zum Backend ist sehr einfach und auch die Bedienung. Spezialfragen hinsichtlich Spezifikationen beim Versand wurde von Janin direkt mit dem Versanddienstleister geklärt. Große Empfehlung!

Me ha atendido Antonio Funes , un 100 en atención ,encantada con la aplicación y su ayuda para la instalación del servicio , un crack ! , me encantaría que este servicio estuviera disponible para envíos internacionales igual que para nacionales ,precios competitivos. Muy útil esta aplicación para realizar los envíos mas sencillos posibles y posee una gran facilidad a la hora de seguir los envíos, crear las facturas y realizar las devoluciones. También mencionar la ayuda de Antonio Funes a la hora de darme instrucciones y ayudarme a utilizar esta plataforma
