Pack work has been a game changer for our CX agents, they're able to see additional details on the order status like picking and packing to give customers the most up to date info on WIZMO outreach. Also love the Shopify Flow triggers they offer! Stef and the team are amazing to work with and provide 5 star support to merchants.
