Does not work. My Shop does not even load anything since I have activated the App. The first time the support told me that the App is not compatible with my theme so I changed everything but also with the other theme the App does not work. Very frustrating.
We're sorry for the trouble with Booster Page Speed Optimizer. Please contact our support with your store details. We'll fix the issue ASAP. Thanks for your patience!

Funktioniert leider nicht. vielleicht wegen theme
Hi there,
Lester here from Booster SEO Tier 2 Support Team, we're saddened to see your recent review and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
Some themes, especially Premium ones may already have a pre-loading mechanism in place or another optimization mechanism such as lazy-loading. In this case, these themes may already have codes similar to ours and it may not be necessary for you to make use of our app. However, if you’d be open to giving us another chance, we’d be happy to assist and investigate this further for you. Simply reinstall the app, and I’ll personally ensure that everything is working optimally to give your site the best possible boost.
I have also sent you an email to address this further. We're looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Lester
Didn't see any increase in site speed. Not sure what the app actually did, but it didn't help. I guess it wasn't a bad test for free
I started Shopify with my previous domain and have changed since. Booster apps could not detect my new domain and there is no way to change it or boost my current domain.
Page does not speed to load faster..........................................................................................
Hi there, sorry we let you down here. Some themes already include our speed optimization code. As a result, these themes wouldn't see any increase in speed. Cheers, Stuart
There's no way to get a hold of the company and I need help. I'm getting website errors across every page and it looks like there’s uncompressed JavaScript files being served all from your app.
Can you enable compression?
Thanks
I've had this app for ages apparently. I synced it recently. But I don't see any results. Our site is still abysmally slow despite how the theme is supposed to be fast. Still looking for an app that can diagnose and address those issues. I guess people should be wary of an app that consists of one button + ads for all their other apps.
It's a very bad app. When I install this app, this app effect the website is blank. The support team cannot help to fix it and just send me the general answer.
Hi Secret Sofa Team,
Aroll here from Booster Apps Tier 2 Support. I just saw your review and wanted to reach out to apologize for the trouble you had with our app. 😔
Though our app is free, it is by no means at all an app that we neglect, and we take issues such as the one you're experiencing very seriously and would love to get to the bottom of what caused the images to disappear.
Would it be okay for us to collaborate with you to resolve the issue? I'll be happy to send over a collaborator's request and look further at what went wrong.
Happy to offer you any help you need here. So sorry again for the hassle. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Aroll
not working!!
Hi there,
I've read your recent feedback about our app, and I'm truly sorry to learn about the issue you're having with our app.
However, I would like to clarify that while our app works, it's just not the ultimate fix to speed up your store. It also doesn't directly increase your online speed test scores because of the way it works. However, it does significantly contribute to an improved browsing experience for your site's viewers and customers. Also, we have our 24/7 chat support team who are more than happy to help guide you on how to improve your store's speed.
However, I have sent you an email so we can continue the conversation and discuss how we can go about making things better for you.
We hope to hear back from you soon.
Sincerely,
Pat
Does not work in the theme by Out of the Sandbox. After turning on, all images disappeared, and when off they came back.
Support just blamed everyone else and didn't even have a look. First it was domain provider, then it was Shopify and then heavily optimised theme (it really isn't) - just guessing.
Hi there,
Bryan here from Booster Apps, I'm sorry for your experience using the app. I read through your conversation with our support team and we haven't had a scenario like this before happening with any theme. We would love to investigate and find out what could have caused the issue. We've reached out over on email as well to help us uncover this.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
Bryan.
