We love love love Pagefly. We used it to create on own homepage and product page, based on a template. It takes some time to get use to it, but we love it. It allows us to customize our page, since shopify free templates are limited. And the great thing is: one page is free. Very happy with Pagefly.

Junie helped me for about 3 hours straight and never got tired. She was super resourceful and quick to answer every single question and problem that I had with great, easy to understand responses as well as an instructional videos to follow. When I was insure even what my question was, she would give me the best advice and direction and showed me things that page fly could do that I had no idea about. I have always liked page-fly but my goodness, its capability is almost endless. This is indeed of my favorite Shopify apps and well lets just say I have more then 30 apps on my shopify store. Now I'm in complete LOVE with Page-fly!!! It offers so may solutions and worth every single dollar that I have been paying for the past 3 years. Thank you Page fly and thank you Junie!!!

PageFly gives you the tools needed to build custom sections and pages for your Shopify store. I think it's one of the best, if not the best, page builders for Shopify.

Occasionally I run into issues or bugs with it, however I'm giving it 5 stars because every single time I have an issue, their excellent support team fixes it in about 5 minutes or less.

Easy to use but powerful too. Love it!

The gentleman that helped me was great. I would like to say my overall experience with page fly's team has been wonderful. I do not know much about computers and when I saw on the website , the 24 hour contact, I didn't believe it could help. When I finally reached out, it was awesome. They didn't make me feel incompetent and were very patient..I mean really patient. The 24 hour help on the chat line is a great tool and you should inform people a little bit more about all that they can do. Everytime I have reached out, they helped me find the solution. Great experience

the pagebuilder itself has a lot of nuances that are not very intuitive to use, however the chat customer service is 2nd to NONE! Any time day or night (literally) that i have a problem editing the pages, they are there to help AND show me exactly how they did it, and it never take more than a few minutes to accomplish what would have taken me hours if I just kept going crazy trying to fix something myself! Tyler and Touriq (I hope I spelled that right) are among the best to work with, are always super polite, patient, and excellent on the technical side. TOP NOTCH!

Really happy with PageFly so far, Shopify free themes are very limited on what you can do and PageFly allows you to do pretty much anything you want. You just have to put some work in. Instead of buying expensive themes, try PageFly first. + Customer Service is really fast and helpful

We've used several page builders, most recently Shogun, and while we enjoyed our time there, PageFly is a more dynamic option for our needs. It has all the typical pre-built tools and templates to get you going as a novice, and you can dive deeper into more complex tools.

What truly sets them apart though... customer service. I've felt such a difference when leaning on live 24/7 support from reps like Maria and Paula. They're quick help when it comes to troubleshooting or customizing a component has made our lives easier and enhanced the value of our website. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In terms of functions of the app I cannot say so much, since I have just one use case for it. Having a Newsletter Landingpage for my store (and at the beginning a coming soon page). But the theme editor works very well, havent faced any trouble so far.
The support is great. Within a few minutes you got the answer which you were looking for.

I would like to personally recommend PageFly and Customer Support Advisor Hamza. As someone who used to work at Shopify Plus, I was a bit tentative to add apps or page builders to my store as I know they can be a bit cumbersome or clunky. However I am over the moon with PageFly for my FAQ page Accordion Tab page. It looks very professional, user-friendly, and adds legitimacy to your store to help the customer see all their questions answered in a neat format.
There is a helpful tutorial, and the Customer Support from Hamza was quick, informative and easy to follow. He solved my query very quickly with a helpful little line in the css. If you are not using PageFly for your store I highly suggest you look into it sooner, and don't be hesitant like I was. There are many things that the normal Shopify templates are not able to do, but PageFly makes these things easily accessible without a FED - simply drag and drop your sections following an easy tutorial. Again my sincere thanks to Hamza.
