Great app, but even better Customer Support
The app itself is a great app. You have the freedom to basically design your emails and sms anyway you want in any flowchart, but the most attractive part about the product wasn't the app but the stellar customer service blew me away. On just a free plan, the customer service I was given was amazing. David was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful, fixing my issues quickly and even educating me when I asked. He always asked to fix my errors for me even before I had the chance to ask him. Usually, I don't leave reviews but the customer service alone made me write a review.

I use this app for my landing page. And I love it. When i encountered a issue with my page they spend so much time with me to help me resolve it. One guy was even at the end of his shift and he was so patient and perfectly handed me off the next person without any problems. They went above and beyond to make sure my page was up and running smoothly. They were awesome.!!
