Disclaimer: have not been using the app for long and am not a web designer.
It is pretty easy to get started with Pagefly - mostly drag and drop. The multiple tabs in builder view is a little confusing and takes time to remember where different functions are housed..
Live chat is helpful when intuition fails me.

Had an issue with their liquid code that was giving me a performance error- the explanation made sense but not sure why app makers and Shopify can't coordinate on updating use of 'render' vs 'include' with snippets
Long story short Pagefly was responsive and beyond this issue I recommend their page builder and customer service!

I’ve had a great experience using PageFly so far. Their support team is incredibly helpful and very quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that genuinely cares about solving issues fast. Highly recommend PageFly to anyone looking for an easy and reliable Shopify page builder.

Customer support deserves 5 stars, they are really helpful. Thythy did a nice job with recommendations for my landing page.
The only issues I have experienced until now, are related to how the app works along others. I use Up Cart, and when you have a direct buy button, the product doesn't appear immediately on the cart, until the 2 or 3d time. Other issue is the page loading speed while editing, it could be better, I have to refresh continuously.

I have an issue with an HTML code that wasn't deleted even after I deleted it in the page editor, so be careful with that guys, I have to reach out to the help team to fix the issue, although it didn't fix all the way Abed was very patient, helpful and teach me how could I fix it if something similar happens in the future, so sure there are some errors in the Pagefly app but if you have some don't hesitate to reach out to them they will assist you with everything, Thanks Abed!

l'app è intuitiva e tutto sommato facile da usare. Dò 4 stelle perchè con gli ultimi aggiornamenti l'editor è lento e ogni tanto si aggiorna la pagina facendoti perdere le ultime modifiche.
La cosa veramente eccezionale è il suppporto tecnico, che anche la domenica è operativo e molto efficiente.
Un ringraziamento particolare a Marcel per il suo supporto impeccabile!

First off, Usman was very helpful and patient. Second, there are aspects that could be better. For example, when putting a banner up and wording to go on or under it, it would be great to be able to see how that would look on the PC, phone, tablet, etc., before posting it, and then having an easier way to remedy a problem like - the wording not fitting on the screen/going off-screen when you pull it up and see it online.

at times, this app is difficult to navigate and loads incredibly slow - takes about 30-40 sec. after clicking on items. The staff is very helpful though

It's a versatile and user-friendly page-building tool offering rich templates and sections to create stunning landing pages. The dedicated 24/7 customer service team ensures quick responses and timely issue resolution, so support is always just a message away.

However, it does have some limitations, such as compatibility issues with certain sections, particularly the Customer Form. Expanding the free plan to allow more live pages would also be a welcome improvement.

Overall, it's an excellent tool for building high-quality landing pages with impressive visuals.
