They will answer any question quite quickly through chat. So even if you have not fully across the features of the software, they will take you through it. I worked with Boo from PageFly and was incredibly pleased with the survey provided. I had a lot of questions and Boo was patient and provided step by step instructions to help me. I appreciated how Boo walked me through it so I could learn as I go. Boo was quick with responses, provide step by step directions with pictures to help me navigate the system. Anytime I asked what something was Boo was great with taking the time to communicate with me in a way I could understand. I was incredibly impressed and got all my questions answered. Great app! It is a must if you want to easily design and manage pages on your Shopify store. It has a huge selection of features that are easy to edit, and their team is very responsive and helpful! I would definitely recommend.

PageFly is incredibly efficient solution, you have to give it some learning time to see that you can build beautiful layouts and designs with it using drag and drop and than if you wanna give it a little nudge it is easy to customise your sections with CSS.

I have tried to use PageFly support before and it was not a good experience. HOWEVER, this time around they were able to help me with exactly what I needed! Very happy.

PageFly is an amazing app, it's allowed us to create pages with layouts and navigation that we would not have otherwise had been able to do ourselves. They are constantly updating the templates that are available, and the ability to customize the individual pages is fantastic.

Great functionality for all page types, and support has been able to help me out on multiple occasions when I ran into some widget hiccups. They both fixed my issues quickly but also let me know what they did so I now have the knowledge to spot/fix issues on my own (if they ever arise again)

You can build your dream website. It is not that difficult to learn the app. If you do have any problems , the customer support team reply almost instantly. They helped me with my problem very quickly. I highly recommend PageFly Landing Page Builder.

I am using pagefly now for a few weeks and i must so i am very happy with the app. it got all the features i was looking for, and every page is perfectly customizable! i did run into a issue with the buttons but the team responded very fast in the chat and fixed the issue and also gave a good explanation on how to prevent the issue in the future so i must say i am very happy to have found the app and would recommend it!
