Awesome app, help meso much with my online store
Easy to create pages, fast page rendering and great support. Till this far I had one problem and Pagefly support solved it - and fast!

This is honestly the best app with the best customer support I've ever experienced. You can literally do and create whatever your heart desires. Your imagination is truly your limit and if your coding and page building skills are limited like mine then you can fully rely on the Pagefly support team to not only immediately help you, but to go out of their own way to make ever detail and feature as clean and professional looking. Personally I believe an app is as good as its support and what I truly appreciate about Pagefly is that no matter the question, no matter the request they are always ready to help and provide their best service to you. Even when sometimes a support staff isn't sure, they will escalate your request to the development team who literally get back within 10 minutes. I personally thank Hailey and Joy who helped me achieve requests I honestly didn't think were possible and that I would've never been able to even fathom doing on my own. Because of this, I wholeheartedly recommend Pagefly to even the most tech unsavvy beginners who are already daunted by the idea of creating a store with a theme builder let only a fully customisable page builder like Pagefly. Pagefly's support will always be there for you and eager to help you out, making it in my opinion the best app out there!

I used the app to build our contact and about pages. It's what I wish Shopify had built-in already. I was stuck a few times trying to make adjustments, the support was amazing. I mean actually amazing, really fast and they knew what they were doing! Most times I end up waiting days for a reply from a developer, such a refreshing change! Things I wish the app had are: 1) The ability to drag padding within the sections/columns themselves.
2) Ability to nest other elements such as a product image within a slideshow.
3) Be able to change the colour of the drag indicator as its black and on our background a little hard to see. I really like the app and can see myself using it for blog post and other landing pages we will be building.
We are working very hard every day to provide you with the best service, every time we read these types of reviews it indicates that we are achieving it, thank you very much for writing us it is really an honor to be the first App you review on Shopify Appstore.

I'm having a terrible experience with this app. Three biggest problems for me: The editor does not match the live view. The add to cart buttons don't work. And the support leave something to be desired. They will just leave you on read for a long while. Definitely will switch to a better page builder. Just don't want to lose all the work I've already done.

I use the PageFly app to create custom shopify pages for my clients and got stuck on how to save a collections page without the default place holder. Randy actually did the page as an example for me and gave me the tutorial so I could do it next! It took 3 minutes and he explained it in detail. This was fast and amazing customer service. PRICELESS!! AMAZING CHAT SUPPORT!
