I viewed several YouTube videos on PageFly to get an understanding of this app. There were a few things that I couldn't understand so I reached out to their support. Abhi was straight on the case and satisfied all my questions and gave me answers I needed. A good app to have attached to your Shopify store. Thanks - StaySafe!

The recent updates PageFly made to their editor are awful. They took away a lot of necessary functionalities. Although their support team are very responsive, the general team lacks a lot of knowledge of their own product. It took them days just to figure out how to make banner images for the slideshow responsive on all screens and even after back and forth with numerous support team members, I still had to figure it out myself.
On behalf of the team, I would like to apologize for everything that your bad experience with our app and service.

One of the best apps ive used to edit my website. Hailey has been very responsive and helpful! Its fairly quickly to learn the program and get started! Hopefully they add more features or online tutorials ! 4.5/5
How come nobody is using this great page builder? I've seen bad app take five starts, if that is the case, this app deserves 10 stars easily. Keep up seller smith.
