its currently 3:34am in the uk and I've been up from 10am the day before trying to fix the issue I had. I stumbled across this 24 hours response team they
1. They replied very fast, (I wish I knew about this earlier).
2. They instantly fixed the issue I was stressing about.
3. I suggest ANYONE who has an issue to message them. they are very good at their job!!

the customer service here is not like others, they really know everything, if you do not know how to fix something you have the answer in 2 min.
