App is not very user friendly but I was lucky to have Paula, Customer Support agent to help me out. She was patient, professional and very nice. Five stars for Paula and 4 stars for the app.

very good customer service, i gave 4 stars becuase sometimes the app would just stop working and then i would have to exit and do everything again if i didnt save
I used this app to create product pages for my new shopify store and it takes some getting used it but with patience and watching the tutorials a few times, you will create very good looking product pages with this app

for me pagefly is a tool par excellence in the design of web pages. Rather with an intuitive interface, far from the complications of certain page design tools, you can easily take it in hand and create incredible things from it. for me it is one of the best and I use it every time I have to create a home page on Shopify. well done!

The app is great, I just wish there was an easier way to edit the mobile version, as it doesn't always match the editing of the other devises. Customer service is great!

Customer service is great, patient. I took away 1 star because the YouTube video instructions are awful, unhelpful.

I used this app and find better to use being time saving and less effort. Some issues I faced were about the template updation and real preview and pulishing it to the store as I was in trouble for once or twice.
The team should solve issues like mentioned if be from their and.
But what I liked the most is Support. They are quick and feels like your problem is just solved in no time.

What you mentioned in the review, I can understand because sometimes, the preview cannot reflect the live view. This is based on different factors that in each case, we need to check it specifically.
