PageFly is very easy to use and offers an excellent user experience.

As a side note the customer support: Lin is outstanding and very experienced!

We use this app to build brand pages, landing pages and currently, a new homepage. It is pretty straightforward and if we have a hiccup, their support is very impressive with a super quick response time and knowledgeable team. It's surprising how easy it is to use for an app that does so much.

I rally like the support because they always are ready to help. But I have problems with using the features. For me the most important is mobile. This app is responsive but on mobile, all graphics I prepared do not look well. Need to always rech out the support.

Support team is very helpful, though sometimes you have to wait next business day for the dev team to be online. But they fix our issues right away. User interface could have been more user friendly but with basic knowledge on web development it is manageable. Overall, great landing page builder and very friendly support team. They have free pages which allows you to use and test their service first which works best for start ups and brands starting very small.

PageFly is perfect for a front end developer trying to take Shopify to the next level. I would compare it to Visual Composer on Wordpress. The support team are exceptional too. We've had to do some custom coding and the pagefly team have assisted us with that.

Best in class! Slight learning curve to begin, but they have plenty of videos and documentation to get you going. Support through chat is superb. If you're lucky you'll get Touqir! The best!

This app has been fantastic for my shopify page. I had developers initially build my page and then I have easily been able to navigate my own way around PageFly to make changes when needed. The online customer chat assistance is so great as well. I was trying to make some changes (for someone who doesn't know very much about this stuff at all!!!) and got stuck and lost a page so Alex came to my rescue. She was great following up my issue and sending me instructional videos and solutions to the problem to get it fixed. Amazing thanks again Alex.

Their customer service team is great! Someone names Junie assisted me with all my questions and because the chat is live, the responses are SUPER QUICK wherever in the world you are in.

Easy to use. Instant 24/7 support. Any issue I've had was able to be fixed by support within 10-20 minutes. They won't simply direct you to an article, but fix the issue personally and describe how they did it.
