I'm using this app to create a temporary landing page on my Shopify site. I was having trouble with formatting, and the support team was wonderful. I am so appreciative of Cookie, Angel and the entire team who helped me...they truly went the extra mile. They followed up to make sure my issues were resolved. And they were so patient with me as they worked to get my PageFly page up and running just the way I needed it. Thank you!!

I had a huge issue on my page and it was unsolvable to me, i spoke with Sami and this guy deserve a medal, he take time and check many issues to get my work back like it was,things he had done like a boss !!
Sami, or not if it's a nickname, if you recognize yourself, you're dope!

I'm giving 3 stars because sometimes support is good and sometimes it's really terrible. I think, sometimes they know how to help and other times they don't know how to fix some of the glitches in PageFly. If they ask me one more time to try a different browser (we have multiple staff in multiple countries who are all experiencing the same glitch) I think I might lose my mind :)
I find PageFly good and it has created a good website design for us but it is clunky and can be troublesome. I think maybe it's the best option out there but Shopify... really? This is what you leave us with - all these clunky apps.

Have to say, customer service has been pretty top notch. Unlike a lot of other apps that won't help you with basic issues because it "requires coding," these folks are generous with their time and expertise. Very pleased so far. Thanks!

The customer service is always very quick and helpful - major highlight of the app. Special shoutout to Randy who just solved a full width issue we've been having for a while. At times the app itself is not as intuitive as I'd like it to be, but overall its doing what we need to.
