Wow. in five years of having an e-comm biz on Shopify and working with 50+apps and support professionals I have never experienced this level of care and professionalism. I hired a third party to make a landing page and they installed PageFly and put it on the wrong part of my website. I was extremely worried because this had the effect of destroying my home page, not because of PageFly but because of what the vendor had published (it was unfinished). For five hours, various members of the PageFly team helped me fix the issue. They immediately responded to my support request (within minutes) and kept Me posted every ten minutes until they fixed it. Remember: this wasn’t a technical glitch. The app worked perfectly. They fixed a human error. Out of their kindness and professionalism. away from their features as page builders which is easy to deal with ...i really liked their customer and chat support ...instant replays 24 hours and fast response ...sometimes they make all the job for you not just guide you to how to do it ..appreciated!
