The app still has room for improvement, but the chat support was accurate and quick to respond, which made me happy. I thought the pricing was also beginner friendly.

Easy to use and the customer service team is phenomenal. In a day where it is extremely difficult to get any kind of response from online service organizations, I am able to quickly chat with professionals who can ALWAYS solve my challenges.

The product has been buggy for me, but the customer service is great!

Also, I seem to be really bad at using this software, and not only does customer service fix issues for me, but they send a video to show me how I could do it myself.

Our secret weapon! PageFly has completely changed the game with our website. I couldn't be more thankful I found them. I don't have to rely on the basic theme or a a web designer to make pages anymore. We are able to simply create pages for our website that not only are able to filter our large selection of product variables the pages are clear and concise.

I also can't say enough when it comes to their customer service. They are prompt and helpful. They got me out of a few jams very quickly. Love them! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Customer support is excellent, they would do whatever it takes to make your home page, product page, or whatever page you want to match your vision. Every time I have questions or issues they reply right away and make sure you are satisfied with your design. The templates are OK but you can customize them with many features and if you like something specific customer support make it happen.

Being technologically impaired, I encountered some technical difficulties & visual glitches while creating my web pages, but the PageFly team was always there to help with quick responses & easy solutions. They even helped me out on the weekend. Great customer service & my store is looking so much better than it did without the app.
