I personally found this app very frustrating to use. I would find it useful if the 'bot'/chat help were able to talk on the phone or have a share-screen capability. I think issues would be sorted out much quicker if that was the case. I feel that their support tried to help me, but the platform seemed to have strange mini-bugs that made what I was creating look inaccurate.
Useful app, I found it hard to use.

The staff responded quickly, and even though I was using the free version, they still took the trouble to teach me how to use it. Very comprehensive, I have upgraded the paid version. Saved me a ton of money, thanks so much to cookie, she's amazing!

PageFly is really convenient and easy to use, it still needs some improvements on some areas, but I am not worried about the fact that this apps will provide a lot more in the future.
The support and dev teams were patient and so useful to help us build our pages.
100% recommended !

I had a lot of requests for the support team and assumed they would be able to help me out with a couple of them. Turns out they helped on every single aspect, did it super fast and even made other suggestions and implementations that I hadn't even considered asking for. Blown away by how good their service was!

PageFly Advanced is simply amazing. It is very easy to use and offers great flexibility on the Pro plan already.
What's even better is the support: the team responds within minutes and don't stop until they really fixed it. I am quite happy I have found the app for our shop - it really helps us to scale up!

This is the first review I've ever written at the shopify app store and it's because this app truly deserve all 5 stars. I have scouted the entire internet and youtube looking for a way I can easily crate an About Us page without the experience of codes or having to sacrifice creative freedom for a page. I came across this app and decided to give it a try and it has been so amazing! Creating the page was a breeze, I was able to use the colors, fonts, and layout I wanted and the final result exceeded my original expectations. Their team reached out offering help which is super appreciated and they offer really great, detailed tutorials. Thank you so much for making an affordable app (with free options) for small businesses like mine.
