They replied and advised me to uninstall the application.
After about 15/20 days they contacted me to tell me that the problem was solved and actually now it works very well.

The app stopped working 3 weeks ago, blank screen. Cleared cookies, cache and even changed browser and still does not work. Tried in a different store and and it works just fine. Very expensive and misleading, money pit. It does what they say, but at an unreasonable and unexpected price, way above $19.90 they advertise. Also, they raised their base prices without warning, when I installed, the base price was $9.90
