Though the app is good, i would like to point out that the support is equally bad. they dont bother to reply on emails or on chat. I had a query which is still unanswered for a year.

Customer support is the worst. I have been trying to reach out to customer support for the past two months, but there has been no response. I have never experienced this kind of careless support from any app. I am facing cache issues, some functions are not working on some devices, and some features are visible on some devices but not on others.

Scam app. Charges extra with no clear understanding why.

Company will not reply to any messages or emails.

Update: Only after I left 1-star review, the company did respond with a brief message that didn't clearly answer my question, and then asked me to change my review, but has not replied to my follow up question. I am now trying to use the compress images feature, but an error pops up that I can't read. I believe it wants to ask for more money.

As others have said, I also discovered this app is charging me usage charges which are not disclosed anywhere.

Update #2: I changed the review from 1 to 3 stars. Someone from the app replied to me and pointed out where the additional usage charges are displayed. I don't recall ever seeing this before, but it is there now. The app did improve the speed of my store, but the extra
usage charges, bugs with compressing more than 1,000 images, and limited customer service mean it's not a 5-star app.

I’m not going to give them a 1-star as some did because that seems petty. The app seems to work, although I’ve been trusting their analytics to tell me that. My concern is that they have "usage charges," but I have no idea what they’re for. I searched both the FAQ and documentation for "usage," but got nothing. I sent an email asking, but never got a response. I see a number of other reviews that mention this too and, for the record, I’ve checked my junk mail folders. Because of this and the general need to cut back on paid apps, I’m uninstalling

I have attempted to contact support repeatedly via both chat and email for several days, with no response. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store.

While the app may have potential, the complete lack of support makes it unreliable for professional use. I would advise developers to drastically improve their customer service if they want to be taken seriously in the Shopify market.

Unless you are willing to troubleshoot every issue yourself, I suggest looking for alternatives with more responsive customer support.

Altdaten im Quellcode nach löschen der App. Das führte zu verschiedenen Shop Fehler. Es wurde unteranderem kein Favicon mehr angezeigt und andere Apps wurde im Hintergrund blockiert (z.b. Klaviyo). Damit ist man praktisch gezwungen, die App dauerhaft zu nutzen, weil es sonst zu Problemen im Shop kommt.

For anyone with a 3th party checkout app ( I have a Cash on Delivery App to reveice orders) dont install this app. I had the issue that customers couldnt checkout because the checkout app was getting blocked. After a night figuring out why customers could check out. I uninstalled the app and removed the code in my theme. For the few days the app was installed ( not used ) i payed 20 dollars.

I am writing a review because it is the only methode to reach you. I cant use customersupport , i have to install the app again
