Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.
I never write a review, usually only if I´m disappointed.
This time it is different.
I´m super happy. The app works perfectly for me. from page speed 37 to 95 (I have screenshots to prove it).
For me it´s a investment and 20 bucks is not cheap, but I rather pay more for something that really works.
The only part I dont use is the picture compressor.
Last Thing I really appreciate: no begging for reviews, no upsells. Just the app.

This app is AMAZING!! My website speed is so much better now according to Google PageSpeed Insights. Even on mobile it loads very fast (I used to be in the red zone all of the time, even with the use of other page speed booster apps). Now I only use this app and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!
The app stopped working 3 weeks ago, blank screen. Cleared cookies, cache and even changed browser and still does not work. Tried in a different store and and it works just fine. So the issue is only in our store... Being reaching Clauma support via e-mail and via Shopify form and no answer for 3 weeks already, the app used to work fine but the issue and the lack support will make me delete it. Would not recommend right now.
UPDATE: After some months it seems that support has reappeared and the app has being updated. It now works as expected.

It simply make all your images to fake board at the first loading, then make lazy loading to img, BUT in may cases java have failing and images not show up. page speed goes up immediately but it totally ruin the view overall. second thig: it makes 1K back links from one IP.
And support is not answering at all.
App seemed to be doing a great job, then about 2-4 weeks ago the page speed dropped. I've tried three times to contact support, but no one has gotten back to me.

I am surprised to read bad reviews. They are doing pretty good job making a speed of my store in a good range and I have got support very quickly.

This developer doesn't respond to questions on slack or email. I need technical help and I have questions about usage fees. I've had the app for a little over a week now and my website speed hasn't improved. I will be cancelling this subscription before I'm hit with more usage fees.

Terrible support, due to no support, removed the app and it left code in the site that broke features in my store. Had Shopify support involved with the issue and they responded several days later "we refunded the customer" leaving no regard to get the code removed from my website.
I am sorry for not getting back in time. As of today, your issue seems to be solved. Please let me know if we can help any further.
I installed this app to help me increase my website's speed, because I was unable to edit my code and remove the scripts myself. After this app helped me increase my speed 30-40 points, all of the sudden it stopped doing that. When I contacted the developer, they were not prompt in responding and only said I had to keep checking my speed. Compared to all apps I use, the customer support was by far the worst considering how expensive the app is!
