Update: Only after I left 1-star review, the company did respond with a brief message that didn't clearly answer my question, and then asked me to change my review, but has not replied to my follow up question. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been reaching out trying to get help with numerous things since I started using the app and I have never received a response.
I think no one is working on this. I was interested in purchasing the paid plan, but for 4 business days I received 0 support.
I have attempted to contact support repeatedly via both chat and email for several days, with no response. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, especially for an app that handles crucial aspects of an online store.
