As another reviewer put: bait and switch. When I installed it, it was free. Logged on today and now I am locked out and you guys are asking for money. It would be one thing to transition to this model but it looks like you just got a bunch of people to download a free app and once they got used to it you are forcing them to pay. Shady if you ask me. If this app was amazing that would be one thing, but it's not. Sorry guys, I won't be recommending this one to anyone anymore.

I feel like a bait and switch. I am pretty sure this was a free app when I installed it not that much more than a week ago. No charges I have to approved etc for the app. All of a sudden I go in to look at traffic visits and action on a new pop-up campaign I started this afternoon and I am now being asked to pay within the app and locked out of all data.

Really...disappointed with this experience. It's one thing to say free 30 days, try, see if it makes sense for you, another thing to say free, use it for what, a week and all of a sudden change your get up to paid and ask for money.

While interesting to investigate/view activities on a site, it is not that great with zero real features and buggy availability with 502 server errors, random super slow load, inconsistent recording & availability of sessions, and no features beyond watching a cursor on your site.

Whatever bro. I know people have to make money, but just a bit low brow on your end. If I am going to pay for an app like this, I am going to step up and pay for one that has far more features. Free is no risk and no expectation.

The one star if for the bait and switch. Otherwise, at $4.99 a month, given the buggy nature and unreliable session availability and lack of features, it's a two star app at best. If considering an app for this purpose, and you have to pay for it, I recommend stepping up and getting something more reliable with more features.
