We were looking for something like this for a while. We use this on our higher valued orders and reach out personally to customers to finish their checkout. Already seeing results, highly recommended.

This app does simply and cleanly what it claims to do. We use Parachute to personally reach out to customers who have abandoned their cart after adding our recurring club membership to it. This allows us to easily convert their abandoned order to a draft order so we can process it manually. Works great!
