Parcel Panel Returns &Exchange

We have only tested this app so not used it live yet but have to say we're really impressed with its functionality and their support is super responsive and helpful.

So far so good. I just downloaded the app and reached out on the weekend on their chat and was surprised to have been assisted immediately. Great service! I also like that this is a free app and they allow you to remove their branding.

Swift response and helpful

haven't used the app properly yet but the set up seems very easy and very quick customer service.

WOuld love this app to have the ability to charge return fees for ALL exchange reasons, but it only allows you to choose one, which doesn't make sense if you need to charge postage for any exchanges. YOu also can't charge return fees for Refunds as well as Exchanges - only one or the other. The interface is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and price point is good but without these features, I can't use the app.
