The parcelLab app has been a total game-changer for us! The embedded tracking page is amazing – our customers can check their order status right on our site, and it keeps them coming back.

What's super cool is how it's driving more sales for us. While customers are tracking their orders, they often check out our other products. We've seen a nice bump in cross-sells and up-sells because of this.

The analytics are also super helpful. We can see how customers interact with the tracking page and tweak our marketing to make it even better.
In short, the parcelLab app rocks. It's improved our customer service and helped us grow our sales. Highly recommend it for any Shopify store!
