We recently started using Amazon Shipping Services with Parcelmind, and the process has been smooth.
The customised shipping and invoice labels are easy to set up, which our team likes.
We also use the branded tracking page with EDD, and it looks very professional.

Parcelmind has improved both our internal operations and customer experience. Orders sync automatically, shipping labels are generated quickly, and the real-time tracking with notifications keeps customers informed at every stage. The system is stable, and the support team is responsive. Very satisfied so far.
I’m using Parcelmind for my Shopify store and the experience has been excellent. The app is very easy to set up and connects smoothly with all major couriers like DTDC, Ekart, Bluedart and Xpressbees.
Order syncing is fast, labels generate in one click, and the courier controll feature saves a lot of time. Tracking updates are accurate and my customers also get notified automatically, which has reduced support tickets.
What I liked most is the dashboard & MPS feature— very clean and simple to understand, even for someone who is not very technical. Their support team is also super quick and helpful.
