I’ve been using this app for quite some time, and the customer service is honestly amazing. They’re always open to feedback, listen carefully to your needs, and actually try to improve the app based on what users say.

One of the main reasons I've stuck with them is their support and willingness to grow. At this pace, this app will easily become the best shipping tracking app on Shopify.

Gabriel from Parcelous has been a huge help in setting up the app and implementing the best practices for the German market, including the email flows for a better customer experiences.

Everything runs smoothly and we are getting less customer complains.

They also helped with setting up upsells on the tracking page which now pays for the app itself.
