Parcel Panel has been an excellent experience so far. The app is very easy to use, and what truly stands out is the speed and responsiveness of their customer support team. The app does what it's supposed to do - in-house tracking with a lot of useful features. Very responsive team via live chat (less than 3 minutes response time every time)

Way too expensive for what I want/need. As a small business, $60 to export less than 100 files is ridiculous.
